Consultation Form

The consultation fee is mentioned against each medical condition. It is based on the consultation time which is a minimum of 15 minutes. If you want to increase the session time, you will be charged an extra fee. It usually takes 15-20 minutes to complete the virtual visit. 

 

Whether we are able to assist you depends on your medical condition and location. We hold licenses to practice in multiple states, therefore, you can complete a consultation form to verify if we operate in your state.

Our consultation process is simple and prompt. All you need is to select a condition, fill out a short questionnaire and submit it. You can ‘Buy a Visit’ for your friend or family member and they will get a LINK via email to schedule an online consultation (after signing up if they are not a registered user.)
Remember, only the concerned person for whom you purchased a visit can sign up and fill the consultation form. You can only pay for an online consultation appointment for someone else.

 

We DO NOT prescribe unsafe, addictive and illegitimate drugs, including but not limited to Ativan, Xanax, Narcotics, Ambien, Clonidine, Gabapentin, Muscle Relaxers or any other controlled drugs.
Yes, you can ask for a specific medication if it doesn't fall in the controlled drugs category. You can mention your preferred medicine in the comment section of the consultation form. We will try to oblige your request if that medication is appropriate and safe to use as per your medical condition.
We do not treat acute emergency cases. We only treat general, mild and simple conditions which don’t require acute medical care.

You may ask to cancel your consultation request by sending an email to provider@alphacareinc.com, but only if the consultation process has not yet begun. Once the healthcare provider has sent you a treatment plan, it will not be possible to cancel the consultation or receive a refund.

You can opt for the "Talk to GP" option if you cannot find your health condition on the consultation page. To initiate a consultation, go to the consultation page and click on the "Talk to GP" button after scrolling down. From there, you'll be prompted to choose your state, complete a general diagnostic form, and schedule a video call with a GP or NP who will diagnose your condition and prescribe appropriate medication.

Refund Policy:

Our consultation fee is non-refundable. However, we may refund if a health care practitioner doesn’t provide you with a treatment plan and eRx doesn’t reach your pharmacy or if you cancel the scheduled video consultation (terms and conditions apply.)

Medicines Aren't Included In Consultation Fee!

We only charge for online medical consultations. All the e-prescriptions are sent to the pharmacies according to the patients preferences. You need to pay the pharmacy to get your medicines.
